8. Modeling Resonance Tunneling using Wave Packets

- Single Barrier Tunneling - Wave packet hitting a single barrier.
- First Resonant Energy - Wave packet incident with energy equal to ground state of the square well between the double barriers.
- Second Resonant Energy - Wave packet incident with energy equal to the first excited state of the square well between the double barriers. Note the node in the reflected wave.
- No Bias Voltage - RTD in the off mode.
- Resonant Bias Voltage - RTD in the on mode.
