Protein Dynamics, Folding and Function
Home
I currently work with Prof. Jose' Onuchic and
Prof. Patricia Jennings on protein
folding and dynamics. I am interested in how protein folding and function
impact each other. The test bed of all my hypotheses is the β-trefoil
fold family.
The following articles have come out of this project:

β-Trefoil Folding Motif", Proc. Natl. Acad. Sci., 105, p. 10384, 2008.

native state in the energy landscape of the β-trefoil family", Proc. Natl. Acad. Sci., 103,
p. 10254, 2006.

the folding of Interleukin-1β", J. Mol. Biol., 357, p. 986, 2006.
I have worked on the folding dynamics of GFP with Ben Andrews. I hope to
continue this project.

I have also worked on Adenylate Kinase with Paul Whitford and helped build an
All-Atom Structure Based Model:
